Got the basement done by Alex and his crew, it was quite a job with several partitions and a sauna. Alex was dedicated to the job and worked with focus – the basement was done in a very good span of time, there were no pauses during the construction. It was all coordinated very well by Alex. There were (and always will be on every similar job) quite a number of trades people that needed to be timed to show up just when needed and it all worked out really well. Alex was open to accommodating changes in the layouts and he would usually suggest other options or improvements, which were welcome. We challenged him a bit with a sauna build, which he managed nicely. He is really responsive to any questions or details that come up during the project. I don’t know how, but he always picks up his phone. A small advice – buying materials like flooring and tiles can be a challenge if you haven’t done it before, let Alex handle it. Probably best to go with suppliers he recommends too. If you’re looking to get your project done by someone with focus and dedication, go with A&R Renovations!
