Contract was clear and easy to understand. All work was listed with the corresponding cost. We booked an airbnb for 4 weeks and Alex was able to complete the project within that tight timeline and budget. Alex was onsite everyday. Communication was excellent. We were given many progress updates and Alex would call if there were any issues. The work that was done shows you that A&R Renovations with decades of experience and a strong sense of professionalism will take the time to ensure everything is done right. This was my family’s first renovation. My wife, two kids and myself included are extremely happy with the finished product. Thank you Alex for making our home beautiful.
