Alex is a good guy to work with. When he came for the estimate, he was very accurate in spelling out what he could do and what was perhaps not so advisable. He gave us options to consider. We decided to go with him rather than some of the other contractors we considered because he was straight forward and honest. The contract clearly spelled out what we were each responsible for. In any renovation there are always things that need to be changed or additional work is desired. Alex was good with this in doing some of the items we wanted in addition, at no cost. Some things we paid extra for (as we should) but he did do some things extra at no cost. Very much appreciated.
As to his work, he was here everyday. Everyday there was progress. Not like some of the other renovations that my friends had. The work that he did was quality. He had the right tools for the job and he brought in the right people as sub-contractors. He would have completed the work on time but we delayed him. He was very flexible in coming back to finish the job once our order came in. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result and would recommend him.
