The best contractor I’ve ever used. Alex was up front about all costs, and there were no surprises. He kept me informed daily about the job’s progress and always had great solutions to problems that he encountered. At the end, the job site cleanup was immaculate. The project was finished exactly on time. Alex’s subcontractors were always on schedule, and all of the work done was of very high quality. I love to show off my new basement and bathroom! A & R gets my highest recommendation.
